Terms and Conditions for Slidenight Participation
1. Introduction
By submitting your entry to the Slidenight event, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before submitting your entry.
2. Eligibility
Participants must be of legal age in their respective countries or have parental consent to participate. By submitting the form, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you meet the eligibility criteria.
3. Entry Submission
• Form Completion: You must complete all required fields in the submission form, including providing your name, contact details, and a link to your Slidenight file.
• Presence: You must indicate whether you will be present at the Slide Night event. Your physical or virtual presence may be required for participation.
• Music: If your slideshow includes music, you must confirm that you have added it and that you have the rights to use the music.
• Deadline: All entries must be submitted by the specified deadline. Late entries will not be accepted.
4. Content Rights and Usage
• Ownership: By submitting your slideshow, you retain full ownership of your content. However, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content for the purpose of the Slidenight event and related promotional activities.
• Original Work: You must ensure that the content you submit is your original work or that you have obtained all necessary permissions to use the content. You must not submit content that infringes on the rights of any third party.
5. Privacy Policy
• Data Collection: We collect personal information such as your name, email address, and phone number solely for the purpose of managing the Slidenight event.
• Data Usage: Your contact details may be used to communicate important updates about the event or to verify your participation. We will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent.

6. Liability
• Event Changes: We reserve the right to modify or cancel the Slidenight event at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify participants as soon as possible.
• Technical Issues: We are not responsible for any technical issues that may prevent you from submitting your entry or participating in the event.
• Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you submit. We do not endorse any content submitted by participants and reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.
7. Disqualification
We reserve the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in any behavior that we deem inappropriate or harmful to the integrity of the event.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Luxembourg. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg.
